We’re thrilled to announce the second Mario Chalmers NFT drop will happen on TrustPad/Poolz! This event takes place on February 7, 2022.

A variety of prizes will be distributed through various tier cards, with each card holding exclusive perks. Here’s a breakdown of each rank:

Classic: With this card, you’ll get a private Zoom session with Mario (streamed on a basketball court). Winners of these NFT will also have a shot at winning up to $150,000 during the livestreams.

Rare: This card gets you a limited-edition merchandise set! This includes a jersey, a pair of shoes, a basketball and much more! Items will be signed not only by Mario, but other NBA superstars as well!

Epic: With this second-rarest tier card, you’ll get VIP seats to a Miami Heat game, where you’ll meet Mario (and maybe some other famous NBA players) right after the game!

Legendary: Rarest tier card with the greatest rewards and benefits, such as a full expenses-paid trip to Miami where you’ll get to hang out with Mario. Additionally, you’ll get to have a fantastic dinner together, VIP club entrance, and receive a limited edition, signed merchandise set as well!

Several stake-to-win competitions will also be launched to celebrate the release of the Mario NFTs, like the Adidas Into The Metaverse NFT giveaway that’s already been completed. This NFT is currently worth 1.2 ETH.

TrustPad

Mario Chalmers

Almario Vernard “Mario” Chalmers (born May 19, 1986) was selected with the 34th overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves after playing three seasons of college basketball for the University of Kansas.

In that same season, he was part of the 2007–08 national championship team. He was the first and currently only player to play in the NBA born in the state of Alaska. Chalmers was named the 2006–07 Co-Defensive Player of the Year and the Most Outstanding Player of the 2008 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament.

The NBA veteran played a major role in the NBA Finals for the Heat in 2012/2013. The point guard won two NBA Championships as part of a legendary roster that included Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

Not only is Chalmers extremely valuable on the court, he’s also fantastic off the court. He’s the founder of the Mario V. Chalmers Foundation, which supports athletic and educational programs for children and also helps fund programs for breast cancer research. He also has his own annual Mario Chalmers Miracle Shot Basketball Camp, established to help kids learn and develop (fundamental) basketball skills.
