2CrazyNFT has just signed a massive deal with iconic poker superstar Antonio ‘The Magician’ Esfandiari!

After 20 years, Antonio Esfandiari is still around the top of poker’s all-time money list, but even higher on the popularity list. One of the most beloved players the world has ever seen, The Magician has a truly legendary list of accolades.

In 2012, he won the largest buy-in tournament in history, the ‘Big One for One Drop’, a $1,000,000 buy-in live event, earning him the biggest cash prize in poker history; $18,346,673. The same year at the World Series of Poker Europe, Esfandiari won his third bracelet in the €1,100 No-Limit Hold’em event. One year later, at the WSOP (World Series of Poker), he placed fourth in the One Drop High Roller tournament, the successor to the Big One that he had won a year earlier — this earned him $1,433,438.

The Magician’s highlight reel

2CrazyNFT will release an NFT Drop together with Antonio, where poker fans all over the world can win a wide variety of prizes. A $10k WSOP Main Event ticket including a private lesson from The Magician himself, a live-streamed heads-up poker game with the man, autographed merchandise, Zoom calls, money airdrops, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Vegas with Mr. Esfandiari!

Here’s what Antonio had to say about this collaboration:

“I’m thrilled to team up with 2CrazyNFT and step into the world of NFTs. This is a fascinating and unique way to strengthen the bond between me and my fans even more. It’s also exciting to become a part of this new, special era in this way.”

Antonio Esfandiari

Antonio ‘The Magician’ Esfandiari didn’t just make up his nickname. He left college at the age of 19 to become… a professional magician. While he was performing magic, he was invited to a game of No-Limit Texas Hold’em and that’s where his phenomenal journey began…

In 2004, he won close to $1.4 million and his first WPT (World Poker Tour) title at the L.A. Poker Classic. Just months later, he won his first WSOP (World Series of Poker) bracelet a few months later in pot-limit Texas Hold ‘em. If you watched at least some poker on TV in the years after, it’s a guarantee that you were lucky enough to watch the man play.

Esfandiari appeared in the second and third seasons of the Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament. He was also in each season of GSN series High Stakes Poker and each season of NBC’s Poker After Dark. Additionally, you could’ve seen him in several TV shows with Phil Laak (I Bet You & Underground Poker) or on the highly popular television series Entourage.
